Learner vs Team Leader Experience
One icon changes everything
When a regular Learner (user/member) signs into BrainStation, the header looks something like this:

When a user with Team Leader permissions signs in, one menu item changes:

In the user experience, the “Reports” menu will show a report of their own activity. For Team Leaders this becomes the “Team Leader” menu, with access to all reports, course creation, course assignment, and other features.
